Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Product Management and the Product Development to obtain an in-depth understanding of the product and its documentation requirements
- Produce, and Own Product Documentation for the product
- Produce and Own the content on the product including the success/error messages, online help and developer guides
- Produce the above documents that meets the industry standards
- Write document that is user-friendly and easily understandable for the audience.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 2 years of professional experience in technical writing for digital products
- Ability to deliver high quality documentation paying attention to detail
- Ability to grasp complex technical concepts and translate them to pictures/texts
- Excellent written skills in English
- Basic familiarity with Agile and SDLC processes in Product development
