Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement and maintain a document management and/or knowledge management system for internal and external use.
  • Develop and manage self-service content for customers in the knowledgebase. Reduce the need to rediscover knowledge.
  • Coordinate with internal and external subject matter experts to develop, translate, and publish technical documentation in alignment to IT service management.
  • Create and revise documents to be consistent with established format and quality style guides. Ensure consistency in presentation, tone, grammar and style.
  • Identify and resolve documentation issues related to procedures, concepts, organization, presentation, and usability.
  • Closely collaborate with customers and Honeywell departments to ensure that the deliverables and formats suite their business needs.
  • Drive customer experience.
    Maintain best practices and train stakeholders on processes, systems and tools.

    Tools: Confluence, Jira, Microsoft Office.
