We need a Technical Writer to create top-notch documentation to help make our products a big success. You will be part of a team of skilled tech writers who work together with developers, quality engineers, product managers, and usability specialists to get our products user-friendly.
Job responsibilities
- Collaborate with in-house teams to gain a comprehensive understanding of the product and documentation needs
- Provide high-quality documentation that is in accordance with applicable standards and suitable for its target audience
- Develop clear and straightforward user interface text, online help and developer guides
- Develop tutorials to assist end-users in operating multiple applications
- Review existing and prospective content with an emphasis on single-sourcing and reuse opportunities
- Develop and maintain the information architecture
Requirements and skills
- Capacity to provide high quality documentation with careful attention to details
- Quick ability to comprehend intricate technical ideas and make them simple to read and visualize through text and images
- Good English written skills
- Basic working experience of Microsoft Office
- General understanding of the SDLC and software development
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent ideal
