Job Description:
- Familiarity of writing process manuals in demo mode, admin mode, and other related areas.
- Ability to translate technical concepts into clear and concise documentation.
- Basic understanding of any programming language.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, write, and maintain detailed manuals and user guides.
- Create clear and comprehensive documentation for key components.
- Translate complex technical concepts and processes into easy-to-understand, step-by-step guides for both technical and non-technical users.
- Work closely with the engineering and product teams to gather detailed technical information and ensure accuracy of content.
- Develop guides, FAQs, and maintenance manuals to help users resolve common issues independently.
- Ensure consistency in terminology, formatting, and style across all documentation.
- Revise and update manuals as needed based on product updates, feature changes, or user feedback.
- Create and manage documentation templates and processes to ensure efficiency and quality in all documentation outputs.
- Ensure version control of documents so every user can access the latest materials.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a technical writer, with a focus on system setup and configuration documentation
- Strong ability to translate complex technical information into clear, user-friendly content.
- Familiarity with diagramming tools and the ability to create visual aids (e.g., wiring diagrams, flowcharts) to supplement written documentation.
- Excellent attention to detail, with the ability to write for various audiences ranging from end-users to technical professionals.
Secondary Skills:
- Programming Language – React JS
- Familiarity with HTML, XML, or other markup languages used in documentation.
- Experienced with content management systems (CMS) or other version control systems, such as Git.
